12/02/2020 Laura at the customer service desk is always very friendly!nNick at the check out lane was very professional, kind and courteous! I needed help at the check out, and he acted immediately. Thank you for having people like Laura and Nick working at Meijer!n04/08/2021 The deli people seem to be the hardest working people there!! I was there today to pick up chicken from the deli and spoke with Joel W.. He is an amazing worker! Meijer should be proud to have him as an employee! He does amazing work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is finished and nothing goes to waste! He is very good helping others getting everything they need! You can see that he cares for each person! Be sure to say hi to Joel and thank him for all the hard work he does! Koodles to all the deli workers!!

They do a pretty good job of keeping items fresh and stocked (favorite items sometimes disappear - where's my Belvita protein cookies?) not an easy task with the huge variety they have. Lately the Brighton store has done a much better job of opening more checkout lanes to keep the lines to a minimum. Make sure you use M-Perks though!

It's near pointless to review a big box store, and most Meijers can be hit or miss, but this one is definitely hit. I dabble doing Shipt now and then here, but it's also where I do the bulk of my personal shopping. The store is ALWAYS clean and the produce is of good quality; I worked at Plum Markup, the produce is better, fresher, and cheaper here. What really sticks out is the exceptional staff. Everyone is generally friendly, witty, and willing to help out, especially the cashiers. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

Went to return bottles today and none of the can/bottle much Machines were working. Waited 20 minutes to see if someone would come and help us (meaning the line of people out the door waiting to return bottles) but nobody came. I decided to go inside to the customer service desk and ask them if they could have someone come help us. We did another 20 minutes and nobody came!! I love Brighton Meijer normally! The bottle return has never failed me till now!
