New husband and wife ownership that has up the ante in professional quality of service and features including free pick-up and delivery for laundry and dry cleaning in the Springfield, MA area. With my busy schedule, not wanting to spend 3-4 hours on laundry, and COVID-19 I was so happy to discover their offerings. I had almost 80 pounds of laundry which was handled perfectly according to my instructions. My laundry was delivered on-time and more importantly CLEAN and smelling good especially my fluffy white towels which were well soiled. Justin and Sunny (sp.?) went the extra mile by putting my jackets and high-end t-shirts on hangers which were laundered not dry cleaned. Highly recommend!
Love this new place. It has new owners .. Newer machines and is nice and clean. Not including the drop off service plus pick up and drop off available ☺
All of these 4 and 5 star ratings must have been paid to review. This place is a dump, small, and no a/c I walked in, looked around and left. No thank you. People stop posting false reviews.
First time coming place is very clean and the service is great! Amber at the counter was very helpful. Very well recommended and definitely will be coming back!
They did a good job with my laundry, business was nice an clean. Tatiana was very helpful, I would recommend trying them out.
