Dude shows up at 8:30am, does the work, telling us what we already know. Then, insists additional and extensive work will be needed on another day. When finished just after 12:30pm, charges us for an extra hour, claiming we need to pay for his travel time (to Enfield FROM Enfield!) He's not charging for a couple of extra minutes, but an additional hour at a rate of $89/hour!! When all was said and done, it appeared he was more interested in how he could make more money off of us. BTW, they charge $130 JUST to show up at the house.
Save your self a lot of time . Dont look Elsewhere ! Your wont find any company better than Bartholomew !! Unlike most service companies that charge high and do as little as they can get away with ...Scott will create the proper solution and explain it in a way that you will understand.
