Mister Car Wash

I would not recommend this car wash to ANYONE. I went through the car wash a few days ago with a newborn and two toddlers in the car. Something happened at the end of the car wash and a huge SUV blocked the exit. The track kept moving and caused a 5 car pileup inside of the car wash. I was slammed into the car in front of me and was also hit from behind. No employees noticed this was happening. I was terrified, my 3 kids were screaming and crying in the backseat. I truly thought we were going to get crushed. When the car blocking the exit finally moved they sped off. The rest of the cars in the pileup got out to inspect the damage. Again no employees came to help. I called their phone several times and no one answered. I had to get back in the car wash line to find an employee to help. They took pictures of the damage and said a manager would call me the next day. They then expected me to go back through the car wash to exit. I refused to go back through and retraumatize my kids and they had to redirect traffic so I could go out the entrance. The manager called and left a voicemail yesterday telling me I needed to contact my insurance to pay for damages and that was all they said. No apology or anything. I called back and no one answered or has called me back. The situation was absolutely terrifying and the lack of response by the car wash is absolutely insane. I will be canceling my monthly plan and will tell everyone I know not to go here.

I have a monthly membership because this place is so close to my gym it's super convenient but I am becoming increasingly disappointed in the job they do. I'm literally running through the wash twice in hopes of a decent job. I'm noticing more streaking of soap residue and the attendants aren't consistent with spraying your car off at the start. Likely will be canceling soon and making an out of my way detour elsewhere.

Friendly people and convenient location. I would really like to see a person at the end of the wash dry off my back window and tailgate. It always has water left on it. I think some of your washes do this already.nThanksnRick

The free vacuums are a plus. Always friendly service, the wash is very thorough. I always come back!
