Very unprofessional. They don’t care about the best interest of the child. They only care about collecting child support. It’s a racket. And Jan, the friend of the court is sexist and impossible to deal with.
The people here are so nice!! They really work hard to make sure the best interests of your children are being met;)
In the five or six years that I registered as a recipient of child support, I have never once received a letter from Friends of the Court. Amy, the woman in charge of my case, never calls to let me know if anything has happened on my case. My case is out of state, which means that they will put forth no effort at all in trying to help you collect back child support. I gave up on getting any help from Iosco Friend of the Court a long time ago. They don't care, period.
