Package delivered to Post Office due to no home delivery (why is that?), after 2-3 days and NO notification manager opened package to “inspect it” and had items from Kohl’s in a pile to “throw out.” When questioned manager was rude. Why no yellow post office sticky note on the door to say the package was at the Post Office.nThe other package was by Federal Express and arrived on door step. No wonder post office is losing market share.
I got to the post office to mail a package @ 3:15p.m.....and ....the office had just closed! Office hours on the website says, open until 4:00p.m.
Always kind and helpful.
