Worst post office. They wouldn’t deliver my package because it had started snowing. The ground wasn’t even completely covered! I shoveled but they never tried to deliver it again. Since they don’t answer the phone, I have to email the regional manager to ask what had happened. He told me that it was packed with some medicine and they were trying to get it all unloaded to deliver it. Which was obviously a lie because they had already tried to deliver it once! Amazon finally told me that it was declared “lost”. Thankfully Amazon customer service was A+, so they immediately sent me out another. Hopefully this one will get delivered by someone other than the USPS.
Stay positive postal worker's. I appreciate your hard work. Thanks for always working in such difficult weather. You guys are awsome!
I haven't been to the actual post office in a few years since just moving back here. However, I have to say my mailman is the BEST. He is the friendliest most considerate mailman I've ever had.
I don't tend to write reviews, but this place is so beyond irritating. I'd give - stars if I could.nI'm all for the post office because UPS is more expensive but it still might be worth it to ship that way instead.ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0fnI drive out of my way an extra 10 minutes to go to the post office in Grand Blanc just because the staff there is so much kinder, friendlier, and helpful, and NOT LAZY. Every time I go to this one I'm met with rude people (I get it they're probably tired of their job, but jeez, what did I do) my mail is also *never* delivered on time and we often get a few other people's mail and I'm sure people get mine because I've had quite a few packages never even show up, but say they've been delivered, even way before the pandemic started I should add. I often ship things to friends out of state and vice versa, and they all ask me why Michigan's postal service is so much slower and less functioning than all of their states' post office. And I have no answer.
Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with any postal service. They stopped my mail 3 times in 1 year claiming we didn't live there anymore. There was no reason for it. I've had important packages and mail not received due to their negligence and apathetic attitude toward residents. The post master should be removed immediately. This behavior borders on felonious.
