They do not communicate important things as far as how they run their business. They never have anything available readily and even if you call in the morning you can't get anything same day even if it's small. They don't care to try to make a customer happy and I will see that they would lose a lot of people that way
Went to order an arrangement and the man told me the only kind I could buy on Valentine's was pineapple & strawberries. Considering she doesn't like pineapple, that took care of that idea. First & last time I'll be going there. By doing that, they GREATLY limit their clientele
If I could leave no stars I would have, They have bad products and customer service! I purchased 3 baskets from them and they all molded by the second day! They declined to replace and of course a refund. Sadly this happened to me each time I shopped with them. Do yourself a favor and find someone local!!!
