I have ordered from this flower shop numerous times to have my grandfather smile with beautiful flowers each and every time! I am from the Chicago area and a florist myself so I can be very particular. Trotters have always exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The young man that took my order today and the last time is also the same gentleman that delivered the flowers. He went out of his way today with my delivery to my grandfather. The door bell wasn't working he didn't hear the knocking so he tagged the door and left it in the garage and followed up to make sure he saw it! That is excellent customer service and I will always order from Trotters! Thank you!
