Not only is this location convenient, but it’s very clean, and safe. I was a customer here for 2.5 years and always has great customer service. A few times my credit card info had expired or changed and they always contacted me to remind me to update that. When I moved my items out I fully expected to see some bugs or spiders after a few years, and yet it was absolutely clean. My items were not dusty and were as I had left them. I was very impressed and was treated really great while closing out and completing my rental services. Highly recommend!
They have good customer service and are great people .
My wife reserved a uhaul for Sunday morning from towne storage for no contact delivery. When we arrived, we went to pick up the truck we were unable to since the office is not setup for weekend pickup. My wife placed this reservation a week in advance and no one bothered to call or let us know that we would be unable to pickup our truck despite allowing us to make the reservation. Giant waste of time, dont reserve on a sunday.
