Very happy with my experience at Bluffdale Towne Storage! I got a great introductory rate for the first part of my rental experience. Local management was fantastic - thank you David! The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt my belongings were very safe and secure while I was out of the country. Absolutely recommend!!
We used Towne Storage in Bluffdale for 6 months, no issues what so ever. David was extremely helpful and very honest throughout the whole process. If I ever use a storage center again I will use Towne Storage. The facility is very clean also. 5 Thumbs up for David.
I moved into Bluffdale town storage because it was the best deal in town. They had the space I needed. It is clean and easy to access. I moved to England and they have been so easy to work with. I enjoy the staff and how willing they are to always help me , even though I am thousands of miles away.
We are heading overseas for about 18 to 24 months and we needed to find a location to store our life's collections of precious memories - furniture, pictures; you know the stuff and being 60 years old means we've more than our share. We also needed it to be located in the local area of southern Salt Lake County. This location for Towne Storage in Bluffdale has a wonderful combination of helpful, knowledgeable people, with terrifically clean, spacious, storage units under climate control. The units are easily accessed - and the employees there (I know I already mentioned them), well, they are a credit to the company. We highly recommend Towne Storage in Bluffdale. You can't be disappointed!
Great place to store things while we looked for a new home to move into. The cancellation process seemed a bit more complicated than I'd like, as you have to print out a form and fill it out and snail-mail it in, rather than just a simple email. But other than that, it's a pretty good storage unit company. This company has locations all over in Utah, it seems like.
