I ordered a few items before over the years, however I ordered this morning and right as I completed the order my phone died.. I quickly plugged it into the charger to see if order was completed and nothing showed up.. Well a few minutes later my card was charged and it showed me my order was completed.. I have called multiple times trying to get a order number and confirmation number and every call times out while I’m on hold waiting on a representative... Hopefully I’ll get my order for nothing comes to my email but more solicitation for what they’re calling hot new items.. Airgun Depot customer service should be the best way to keep existing and new customers.. Please do better for consistency in good service is the best service practices. Still waiting on that confirmation number and when will my order be delivered!! Nothing I purchased is on back order.
Order was shipped next day to Belgium so I am happy.
Got my order in under 2 weeks. I'd purchase from them again. Would give them 5 stars, but never received a confirmation when I placed the order, nor one when it was shipped. This led me having to make an inquiry, but it was responded to within a day or two, letting me know it's on the way.
Outstanding service. Sending a whole new rifle and not having your turn the old one in.Yessica was the best I never received such a good service.
Very sad. We have been trying to get in touch with you for days now by e-mail, message and phone and no one is replying or answering a very simple question about my order and a particular air rifle I wanted is legal in CA or not. What is going on? Order # 9228837 This is day # 4 and I need an answer. One site says they open at 7AM and the next says they open at 10 AM. There is no means of leaving a message neither. Again, is anyone there. Please reply to may many e-mails and messenger messages via facebook. My son and I are very disappointed at this time.
