Horrible service. Forget any delivery if you have any amount of snow in your driveway, even though the delivery vehicle is a Jeep, and don't bother filling out the form to request packages to be delivered to a certain place even if that place is compliant with their delivery requirements and makes common sense to have the package dropped there. Going into the office is pointless because the staff is so rude. Pure laziness and a lack of taking pride in a job well done is the issue with this location. If I could have all packages shipped Fed Ex or UPS I would!
I find the employees are very helpful when I have requests and questions.
Every time I send my mom a package that says it’s ready for pick up online while tracking it they say they don’t have it or they don’t have anything for her. ud83dude21so annoying. Then a day or two later they will have it. Well yeah obviously it’s been sitting there and you keep telling her you don’t. My mother doesn’t drive so she has to get a ride to the post office everyday or my aunt goes and checks her box for her and when I send something to her I expect her to get it when it’s just sitting there it’s irritating. I spend $1000s of dollars each year sending packages thru this particular post office and super irritated with it..
