Rented equipment to do yard work, equipment was dropped off late and picked up early. When this was mentioned to person picking up they said they would charge for another day. I understand that it is busy this time of year but if a customer pays for a full days rental that is what they should get. Not a rental period that suits the drivers schedule.
Between Shawn, Craig and Bob, I am always taken care of. Always reach out to them and they will assist.
Experience with MB tractor themselves not very good purchased at $5,000 a piece of equipment they for some reason cannot provide me with an owner's manual
