My first experience there was absolutely amazing. The staff are so knowledgeable and so kind. I had a problem with my chip in my card and they were absolutely understanding and very patient with me. Definitely the only dispensary I’m going to go to from now on. Also have top shelf products with amazing price
Hey I just wanted to tell you all that this place is amazing. I went to your store in Waterville today and your customer service was amazing and the product was incredible. I ten out of ten recommend this place to anyone looking for recreational use around here. This is a gorgeous building and has amazing management and awesome product please keep up the great work I hope you guys continue to thrive and spread out through Maine and have this amazing effect on communities. I'm so happy my doctor told me of this place! Easy to find, great location too. The place is a large room looks like a pharmacy. They are are all warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They even have me a magazine on medical marijuana, with lots of wonderful information. I highly recommend this dispensary, you won't be disappointed. So much to choose from!!!
Today was my first time here, and I literally don't feel like I need to go anywhere else! Not only are they employees super friendly and helpful, but they genuinely have a wide variety of medical cannabis options that I can choose from to fit my needs, as well as even my dogs! The product ranges from THC availability to straight CBD, it's hard not to be sold instantly given all they provide to their patients. Thanks again, ill be back for more of that Sweet Dirt!
When you go there it feels like home. It is a super chill place nice, knowledgeable and patient service. Everyone there is kind and wants to make sure you walk out the door with right product for your circumstances. Most important thing is the quality of the product is excellent.
