Scheduling is really done online or by calling. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful and my hair looks great every time.
Hair coloring was wrong from the start girl tried it twice over 125.00 for the wrong color of my choice which I feel was unfair to charge not even close to my color which was emailed weeks prior with a confirmation back from the owner stating we are good to go they can do that . And than to have my hair washed out to a color that I had to wear a hat over . With her processing my hair twice the other saloon was concerned for me and stated she wanted to be careful so it wouldn't ovee process worse than they had already done . Ask for.it to be corrected was told they weren't going to felt they couldn't help me. REFUSED A REFUND. WHICH WAS UPSETTING TO ME . EASE BE VERY CAREFUL HERE THEY TAKE MATTERS INTO THERE OWN HANDS YOU HAVE NO SAY.I WITNESS AM OLDER CUSTOMER HAVING HER HAIR DONE IT WASNT CUT CORRECTLY BUT SHE WASNT ABLE TO.TELL BECAUSE THE HAIR DRESSER CURLED IT.. SHE KNEW IT WASNT RIGHT .. NOT NICE.. I'd give it a negative 1 star if that was an option
The staff are very nice and I love how they wash your hair first before cutting. It gives you a more caring feeling. Many places only spray down your hair which gives a cheap feeling. The atmosphere is professional but cozy.
Got love my girl Kristen taking my curls down to this awesome cut. Yes the curls came back a few days later but looking gorgeous. Very hard to find someone to cut my hair I love it!
