Every morning I grab my coffee before work. Every morning I am great with respect, crew always says good morning, how are you and asks if my order is correct. No other dd has ever been this kind.
This is my favorite Dunkin' hands down. Even the longest drive thru lines don't scare me away here because I know the efficient and friendly staff with move the line through quickly. My coffee is always just how I order it and the only time I had an order mixed up the cashier fixed it quickly and was apologetic and made me feel like she cared about my order being correct not like I was inconveniencing her. Highly recommend.
Love there bacon , eggs and cheese wakeup wraps and 2 for $5 bacon , egg and cheese crossaunts too. So so good. Love there donuts too.
I always get very friendly service... but today was better than ever.
On December 18th 2020 around noon I came in for a hot latte and a caramel iced latte which I order very frequently at multiple dunkin donuts, but this particular time I was pleasantly surprised when my iced latte had the exact ingredients I had added to my order and the whip cream and drizzle had a sprinkle of cinnamon added. The person who was making drinks obviously cared about the customer and took the time to make it special.. so thank you very much
