It’s a dump
Always a pleasure working with Butch, very helpful.
Went to the landfill on January 3rd with a truck full of garbage. I had a permit in 2017 and 2018. When I got to the weight station, Brian told me that I needed a new permit for 2019. I said no problem and asked how much, he said he needed to see my registration to issue the permit. He was very smug and proceeded to say “it’s not like you buy one permit and you get one for life”...I was trying to find a solution to dump as I am a regular and he was extremely difficult. Earlier in the day i called and asked Brian if there was any way I could get a print out of my 2018 spend for my accountant. He said I could take all my receipts to the financial office and “maybe they can add them up for you”. This is aggressive and unnecessary behavior. All the other dump guys are great but Brian needs to learn some customer service and manners. He also needs to learn how to use the software at the dump as he doesn’t understand how to complete simple tasks like retrieving data.
