It's the only Postal Service I have, so I have to give it five stars, I haven't had an issue with my mail and I always take care of different business letters and small boxes and have not had issues, although one time I did have the very common key lost in the mail scenario, I was in a hurry and placed a key in an envelope not thinking LOL, but that's what copies are for
Well , I have always been treated nicely and have had no problems with this Post Office. .nThank you guys for all you do.
I live in a duplex and my mail carrier thinks it's okay to put everyone's mail into one mail box. My paychecks, my personal information, all my mail, going into some one else's mailbox because my apartment number isnt enough apparently. I called the post office to make a complaint and the workers response was if there is no name on the mailbox, they are instructed to not leave mail. Even if theres a number, dont leave the mail. So all summer the mail carrier has been shoving everyone's mail into one box, again no names on boxes just apartment number. My response was simple, if your carrier isnt supposed to leave the mail then why has he done it all summer long, my neighbors are getting my pay checks because your mailman wont do his job correctly. Lazy employees. Slow business and rude employees. This post office is nothing but a stain on the sheets.
Very friendly staff and they make it easy to get your mail.
Sounds like someone needs to do a first amendment audit here . They work for us , we pay them just like cops . You would think the postmaster would look at these reviews and straighten out his/hers employees instead of ignoring the issues . First amendment audit is coming their way .
