Went to get a haircut, had never been in before. Hair is starting to thin on top, so I was nervous about getting it cut. Bobbi-Jo promptly put me at ease, chatted with me about what I wanted, and gave me a great haircut that actually makes my thinning hair look fuller. Very satisfied.
