Lovely store. Excellent quality and wide variety of pottery. Swing by and buy a work of art. We did last week.
What a nice shop looking for that gift to get someone that has everything, this is the place to go. No items are alike handcrafted, made with love, supporting local. Great parking lot. Water close by. Clean store friendly service
Really nice store filled with all sorts of locally made pottery. They had a great selection of pieces in a variety of price ranges. The more detailed the pattern, the higher the price, which makes sense, given that everything is handmade.nnMy two year old and I were able to pick out a lovely gift for my in-laws to thank them for inviting us along on a camping trip. The gift was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a sturdy decorative box, along with care instructions, and the price tag was thoughtfully removed, without my even asking. We were also able to pick out a card with a print of a watercolor painting done by a local artist of the lighthouse we'd just visited the day before.nnOn our way out, my two year old had to pet all the little stone creatures on the stairs and asked for a photo with them. Unfortunately, that was the only picture I was able to take here, since... Well, I was watching a two year old in a pottery shop. ;) Trust me when I say that you just have to stop in for yourself!

Always one of my first stops in Maine! Love this store! My home is filled with pottery from about 1970 & upwards, including 20+ cabinet knobs! Always something new! And, the jewelry - so unique! Can you tell I love SRP, both the Edgecomb & Damariscotta stores!
