First I have to say that I always find things when I shop here, the merchandise is nice and fairly priced.nBUT this is honestly the most poorly run Goodwill I've ever been to. The staff doesn't know what they're doing, you will always have to wait in a checkout line for at least 15 minutes, as there is only ever one cashier and no one comes to the call for backup. The staff is also rude and can be fairly nasty. I have had my slip thrown at me not just once but three times.nI usually stop at this location about once a month, but after my last visit I don't know if I'll ever go back. I had a cart full of items and after the woman at the register finished ringing it all through she informed me that the credit card machine was not working that day and it was cash only. I didn't have enough money on me so I asked if she could hold my cart full of items for 5 minutes while I ran to the bank for cash. She laughed at me and told me that that would not be possible. If I had known before hand that it was cash only I would have gone to the bank first, but to not be told until after I was rang up and to be laughed at was just to much for me.nThis Goodwill needs a new manager and better staff.

Very large amount of clothing, all on order by size and color! I love that! No bedding this trip, but decent variety of clothes, shoes and pajamas. The cashier was a touch on the whiney side. Huffing and puffing because he hadn't left that spot since he got there. Why I know this, because he was telling every associate that came by along with customers. He was friendly enough. Just to much information for my shopping experience seems how I had just left my work and never moved out of my spot either! He asked if I needed a bag, I told him no thank you. When I was trying to leave and was having a hard time getting all of stuff into my.arms. I asked if it was ok to take the cart out to my car. He said I could but I needed to bring it back inside and leave by sanitizer station because he can't leave register to go out and get it. I thought that was a little rude, or lazy. Store is great, he should be working a different in a different area than the register.
