Surprisingly, my husband and I made the decision to purchase a vacuum from Aerus and I was actually quite fascinated by it. It works very well and does a good job, and I really do like it. It is a bit heavy for me but I could use the work out anyway, and I know these vacuums last a long long time so overall I'm pleased with our decision. Service was just fine too and I really do recommend the vacuums they have, especially if you want something that works great and lasts for years.

I am very happy that I had Aerus come out about the orange staining my water was leaving. I only drank bottled water before and I wouldn't even let my dog drink the tap water. Jeff is WONDERFUL and he works very hard. I can't say enough about him. I am very happy and my water purification system is working so great. My drinking water is so much better and now my dog drinks it too! Thank you so much

My husband, John, and I are very happy with the two air purifiers we bought for our house...it's really been great. They made a real difference for us because we have many pets as well as a wood stove. I can even sleep better at night! The young man, Eli, who came to our house to test our air was spectacular! He was very nice and when he demonstrated how the air purifier works after running our air test, I was blown away by the difference it made in the short time it was running. I wanted to give Eli a 5 star shout out because he was a really great person to have come to do this for us...Thank you!

My wife and I have had a good experience with Aerus. The water softener we purchased seems to be working good because there's been no problems with it. Our water took on a definite better taste after the system was installed. We can finally use our water for drinking and cooking now, so we highly recommend Aerus as a go to for any type of water issue in your home.

My wife was very pleased with the young man who made the trip to our home to help fix our water issues - he really knew what he was doing. We also wanted to give a good review for the process in regards to the initial water testing and service. Very quick process, and very informative, friendly service.
