Countless option for ice cream
Open for the 2021 season, the mall shop location has friendly staff and so many flavor to choose from! Even a new vegan ice cream! There is a cute wall of polaroids with customers, excited to see how it grows throughout the summer!
Awesome natural tasting ice cream
I came in this week and enjoyed some amazing ice cream, and the staff was super sweet. However, as I sat and ate my ice cream, I over heard a man (who I assume to be the owner) raise his voice at a younger female employee. The conflict went on for a few minutes. The girl was almost in tears. It was very unsettling for my wife and me. I hope the staff isn’t regularly spoken to like that! Other than that, the shop, ice cream, and customer service was great.
The ice cream is amazing the best in the area. But the staff is the worst in the area. Also I asked for something smaller than a kiddie and they said it wasn’t possible.
