I love bringing my kid here in the winter but “hi!” I’m standing here at the counter and I’ve rung the bell and I see three staff avoiding eye contact. I’ve read that many people have been scolded for bringing in their own food but what’s the alternative? I’ve never had a positive experience with a staff member here but the space is cool and I have family who work in the building, so I’ll be back...

Great place and awesome idea. Kids seem to love it here. Good place for kids to play and make new friends. A tad boring for adults, so next time I'll bring a book, puzzle, or art project. Impressively clean, including the bathroom (i was especially intrigued by the super cool hand dryer in the women's bathroom lol).

Really great place to hang out when it's cold outside or rainy, awesome space for kids. They could be a little more flexible with their outside food and drinks policy, though I understand their business model makes that difficult.nnIf I've got an energy drink with me that you don't sell and you kick me out over it, I can't rightly get a beer when I run out of energy drink. Still, that notwithstanding, it's a fun place to spend time, and free public space are few and far between in the winter.

While the park is beautifully designed and very functional for adults - the park is not child friendly. We went with 2 adults, 4 toddlers after hearing it was a great indoor place for kids. We went on a weekday. Kids loved the huge blue play blocks - but that's really the only draw for kids. There are multiple signs around the kids block area stating 'no running or horseplay' next to large open areas perfect for kids to play in. Every single kid in the park was running around. I counted 2 very small signs at the back of the park out of view that stated 'no outside food' after we were scolded nastily by a woman who worked in the cafe (in front of our children) for daring to bring our own snacks to the park - finger wagging and all.....nBeautiful space but management needs to pick a lane - either you are child friendly or not. We drove an hour to get here and it was a bust. Will not be recommending to any friends with kids.

Indoor park such a great community space. There are limitations on kids play, but my 6 year old loves it. The food is solid. A good place to go with your kids, not sure about as a space to write. I can tune out kids laughter and squeals but some are not.
