Best selection and service in the midcoast area. I recently had a service call for a dishwasher I had purchased from Kelsey's. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and followed covid-19 protocols. Highly recommended.

We've now bought a couple of appliances here, and the sales experience was overall very positive. However, I'm always more interested in how a business handles service after the sale, and I can say that Kelsey's has been quite simply amazing.nnIn a recent power outage, our stove's main control board fried. I used a couple of online appliance repair parts places to no avail as the original board had been discontinued. One place sold me the wrong part, and another, including the brand's official parts channel, said what I needed was beyond their level of expertise.nnTony at Kelsey's service department worked with me to locate the updated board, and also solve why the new part wasn't compatible with a couple other electronic components. After several conversations with the manufacturer he was able to confirm that they had switched over the control system for their stoves, and procured the parts. He didn't charge me for them until we were positive they solved the problem. While I certainly paid a little more than I might have online, the expertise, time, and service was WELL worth it. I know where I'll be going for all of my appliance needs!

Just purchased all new appliances for our remodeled home. Great service very knowledgeable staff and the delivery was on time as promised. No pressure sales and well thought out recommendations for a buyer to consider. Everything is great so far so we haven’t needed any service. We were so impressed we even purchased a new (very comfortable) king mattress. This one local business I plan to fully support now and in the future.
