I've heard nothing but great things about the company. However, I haven't used anything yet, simply because when I ordered an item...I didn't realize I didn't need it. Thankfully, the company was great about a timely refund and very prompt email replies. Again, everything I've heard about the company (and my limited experience) has been positive, and I'll definitely be considering them for future lighting purchases!

I bought a rather expensive piece of lighting equipment from LightYourReptiles, and a few months later half of it wasn't working. I contacted Todd, the President of LYR, and he not only told me what went wrong and how to fix it, but also sent me a brand new part for no charge, even though the warranty and return policies were long past expired.
