Injured my foot/ankle, and was able to get a variety of braces and hot/cold packs in addition to a few impulse purchases I simply couldn’t resist. Very helpful staff/ management. Plus they serve the Cranberry Isles, shipping meds over for a nominal fee whenever needed. Kudos and big thanks, Carroll’s!

This store is an ABSOLUTE joke. Went in looking for something, which they had a few on the shelf. Needed more, so I asked the guy behind the counter if he could pull some off the top shelf. Told me he wasn’t gonna do that. Rudest employee ever. I left without buying anything. Don’t shop here, take your business elsewhere.

I love this store! It has 1 of everything you might need!nThe cute gifts can be great gifts to self and/or others!!nFriendly staff and a store that never disappoints! Pharmacy is helpful and knowledgeable! I wish we had this store in Portland area!!

This drugstore was an exciting find when I moved to southwest harbor. They have pretty much everything, but even better, things are sold at very decent prices.
