This place is okay, it's under construction right now, so I will re-review after it's finished. The showers are clean and the staff is friendly, they have no restaurant, but the pilot food is pretty good. I'd still rather have some McDonald's or subway. I really hope they get better after the construction.
The whole property is being renovated for a brand new Pilot travel center. Due to open in late November, early December.
Great place. My only issue is that the parking/entrance is a pain to get in and out of. Plus I never get a receipt at the pump.
Pilot is located on Haynes Street in Sturbridge there are 2 Pilots one of them is a travel center the one we went to was the smaller one the store was very old but the vibe was very cool it was kinda like a LL Bean store or a Place in Colorado cuz of the wood the store was small and the bathroom was very small but the place was Interesting but I think it should be renovated
Cheapest gas I've found between Boston and NYC. Easy off and on to I-84. We fill up here on the way to NYC and on the way home, and avoid high gas prices in NYC and credit card surcharges in CT.
