I have been there to The Book Cellar lots of times. It's an really cool used bookstore that's located downstairs at Traveler Restaurant.nnWe have an great selection of old/antique books, large print books, children's books, mysteries, and other book categories with genres everywhere. Books are really cost anything from $1 to $450 especially with an really expensive antique 1800's book.nnStaff is very nice, kind, responsible and knowledgeable whose rights for searching and looking for any kind of book like an very special gift.nnI'm definitely coming back to this place very soon. I'm usually going there to this restaurant with my guys once an while.

Interesting restaurant. The food was good, a little high on price but the atmosphere and service make it worthwhile. Shop is full of used books with a wide variety of genre. We enjoyed our stop and would recommend it to others.

Someone brought me food that someone else cooked. For 2020 thats a big deal. Honestly the food and service were great.

Hey, this is a super good place to stop for a well prepared casual meal and a browse through an interesting selection of old books. They have an outdoor bird feeder that is right outside the table windows, and it's fun to watch a surprisingly wide range of types of birds. Our wait person Angela was super nice and helpful. The best! We ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was very good, a nice large portion. Their desserts are very good too, a selection of delicious pies and interesting ice creams. We stop when ever we can as we're traveling by. It's worth watching for the highway exit. I think it's the Union exit. Thanks, Traveler Restaurant and Book Cellar!

I don't get to CT often but when I do, I try to stop by Traveler's Restaurant. The staff are super friendly, the prices are good, and the food is outstanding. I recommend The Great Gatsby. The crunch of the apples and the tang of the sauce make this a turkey sandwich like no other. And you get to leave with three free books. What could be better than that!
