I always have great service here. Nate is especially great, but I enjoy quick chats will all of the staff while they're getting my packages weighed, etc.
Piss poor customer service. Automated voice, can't speak with a live person. The people in the trenches delivering mail are to be commended. The rest are zero's. START ANSWERING THE PHONE WITH REAL TIME INFORMATION!!!
Terrible customer service. Snotty and rude, especially after waiting in long lines. Simply trying to drop off a pre-paid package and they refused to send it for me.
PURE LAZINESS AND HORRIFIC SERVICE! Lets just throw the package in the street and run over it. Typical Federal Employee. The USPS should be overhauled from the top man in DC down to the horrific workers.
