Joe has put together a wonderful program that anyone should benefit from. My primary interest was in keeping the golf swing alive during the winter months with secondary goals of getting more fit and getting to a better weight. I am confident he’ll help me get there. I sought Joe out to help me improve my flexibility, strength and to prevent injuries in the coming golf season. As I passed 40 years old, I found myself losing some distance for the first time and also dealing with nagging injuries and weakness too.nMy own generic workout regimen hadn't been specific enough to golf and the stresses of a golf swing and had therefore been hard to get motivated for and ineffective.nJoe did a very thorough TPI evaluation of my strength and flexibility and also conducted an interview to understand my specific issues. From there, we worked remotely. I was skeptical at first about working out without in-person coaching. The app that Joe used turned out to be great. I could follow the exercises, even ones that were brand new to me, and as a social media type of format I felt accountable to keep the program going and give Joe feedback as we went along. We also had a Zoom call every 30 days and the program was re-tailored every 30 days to account for progress or new/different issues that came up.nGiven that we were doing this in winter in NH, I probably noticed improvements in other aspects of fitness before I noticed them in the golf realm. My strength and recovery from long challenging hikes was better and joints like my ankles, knees and hips felt better than they had in years. I was (still am) working on a swing change all the while, and I eventually noticed that my body wasn't getting in the way of these changes as much as it was in the beginning. Joe's program won't address swing faults or changes in your golf swing, but it will help your body achieve new positions and hold up to the reps involved, especially if you can tell Joe what your swing coach or pro is trying to get you to do and where you struggle. In my case, I fight to make a turn through to finish fully at the target and to avoid early extension. With Joe's help, these things are improving faster than they have before.nI would suggest that someone not wait until the body stops cooperating or you face an injury to consult Joe and to get a program in place, though he does good work with those who are already injured or compromised. I know youth is wasted on the young, but a program like Joe's would probably have saved me some time and injury recovery had I started 5+ years ago. And I probably would hit the ball farther all the while.nI look forward to working with Joe in the future and suggest that you talk to him sooner than later.

Joe's knowledge and ability to communicate while setting realistic goals for achievement are outstanding! Highly recommend this program for any golfer looking to enhance and improve their playing ability. 5-stars!

Working with Joe has been a great experience thus far. It has been great working with somebody 1:1 to develop a personalized program to help reach golf and fitness goals. Having a virtual option at this time is an added bonus. I can’t wait to see the results on the course this spring and continue to work with Joe leading into the season.

I completed the TPI assessment with Joe and and came away with areas where my mobility was limiting me in my golf swing. Joe then put together a custom off season program to address those limitations and too increase my speed, stability, and mobility. 2 weeks in and I can feel a difference in my pelvic control and hip mobility. I’m looking forward to retesting my swing speed and I’m confident I’ll make some gains in mph.
