Had severe lower back pain I had been dealing with for over a month. Walking normally was causing extreme pain to shoot around to the front of my hip and into my lower leg. It got so bad I would drop to one knee from the pain just walking down a hall way. I couldn't lift my leg over the bathtub threshold without wincing and gritting my teeth.nnOn day one Gianna listened to me, assessed my concerns and issues. Took into account the active life style that I have always lived, and immediately started a course of treatment to eliminate my discomfort and pain.nnAfter my first visit I was able to walk and sit without much discomfort. Ever since that first visit I have only gotten better and better. I also learned how to avoid this same injury in the future as they educated me as well.nnThroughout my treatments I was able to work with both Gianna and John as they are flexible enough to alternate so you can get treatment at a schedule convenient for you.nnI would highly recommend Elevate Physical Therapy!

Highly recommend. Out of all the therapists I’ve seen in the Gorham area Jonathan has been the most helpful. He knows what he is doing and has no problems with the hands approach. He is considerate and listens to his patients. He is easy to talk to. I have seen 3 others in the area And I definitely would consider him over any Others I have seen. Jonathan, I appreciate your help. After a serious injury over 10 years ago, I am fairly well busted up and have seen many therapists throughout the United States and he has helped and has my thanks!

I am so very happy with my progress towards complete recovery from my rotator cuff injury. I have been working with Jonathan since the beginning of December. He has answered my questions honestly and completely, given me exercises (both in-house and for home) to focus on specific areas of concern, operates a professional, but comfortable clinical environment, and encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns during my rehab process. As I approach my final visit, I am very appreciative of his guidance and expertise and am confident that in continuing my exercises for a short period of time, I will be totally back to complete range of motion without pain....thank you so muchud83eudd17

After having years of back problems, two osteopathic doctors, and one chiropractor I finally found my cure... elevate PT. Johnathan Cowie is an amazing physical therapist! I went in with no hopes of feeling better and more money spent towards nothing. This was not the case, I went through rough patches with my back during PT. But Jonathan listened to my all concerns at every appointment and changed my exercises when needed, which rocked!! As I am nearing the end of my journey with Elevate I feel better than ever and I can’t tell enough people about this place! If you’re looking for a honest review to tell you to go here, this is your sign!

I've seen a number of physical therapists in the past, however I always felt that the therapy plan was an off the shelf plan. With Jonathan my plan was very personal and addressed my specific issues. He listed to me and adjusted the plan if needed. I would highly recommend Elevate to anyone needing PT.nnThe facility is spacious (very important with Covid19), the equipment is new and cleaned often and location is convenient with plenty of parking.nThank you, Linda N
