Hannaford Pharmacy

Great store...i just like Hannaford's.

The staff at the Hannaford Riverside Pharmacy are wonderful and I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I give them 5 stars all well deserved. It is rare to find 1 amazing employee but to have at least 4-5 in one department is unheard of. I don’t think I am allowed to put up names but the lead pharmacist is a doll, the new pharmacist was awesome and you can’t have a great team without the assistants that come to the register. You know the ones that actually ring you up. There is one gentleman that must know my DOB by heart because I am always bothering them and of course you have the mom type that seems to have a photographic memory or at least mad memory skills and never seems to get tired. I’m forgetting someone but it can’t be helped.nThe basics—they are Always Quick and accurate with their service. Knowledgeable. Caring. PATIENT. Understanding and they actually spent time calling around to find my medication when it wasn’t available. They called my PCP over and over and over to fix things. I think they have spoken to them more than I ever have.nI don’t want my little secret out because everyone will want to go to the Riverside Pharmacy and I’ll have to wait in line because you will all be there but I can’t be selfish.nnWhat I really want to say and the full reason I am spending the time to write this is to say:nMost Sincerely Thank YOU!!

Great staff.. Gage goes the extra mile for me and I have seen him do this for others while I’m there.. great place to get my scripts filled...

While not a small neighborhood store, the pharmacists and associates manage to maintain the comfort and personal feel of the smaller stores and work hard to explain and navigate our complicated insurance demands. Thanks to all
