I needed storage ASAP, so I called to see about availability all over the state. MI-BOX was the only one who was available and made time to get me the box the next day. It was simple delivery and simple pickup when I called for them to get it. They picked it up the day after I called too. Impressive service and a great sized box for my needs.
Our family was getting ready to sell our house and we needed a way to declutter and yet still work towards a successful move. We quickly filled our first Mi-Box and the team was over to give us a fresh one. Once that one was filled up, they brought the last one in without a hitch. We were able to load at our pace and not worry about anything associated with moving our stuff. They stored our boxed up stuff on their property and kept it safe. When we were nearing the end of our packing for the sale, we found we may need another box. I called and they had one there sooner than I could have hoped and we were able to get cleaned up and sale ready with their help. We closed on our new home the same day later in the afternoon. We finished that process and headed to our new home. When we got there, two of our Mi-Box containers were backed up to the garage and we were able to get our belongings into our home. I made a call that night and they arranged to have the two boxes removed and the last two boxes placed, on the very next morning. This team was instrumental in getting us into our home and making it a breeze. I recommend them highly and will use them and refer to them as often as I can.
Friendly, professional communication! Clear on all details and accommodating given we lived on a dirt road & were moving during mud season along with the transfer of our belongings were delivered this winter. Email questions were all responded to quickly & we appreciated the considerate personal service.
Great customer service. I had a very confusing and fluid moving situation that involved off-site storage and an ever changing timeline. We had a closing that prove hugely difficult. The Mi-Box team worked closely with us, were very responsive and were able to deliver and move our box quickly. This option proved much easier than getting a storage unit. On top of that, they have a close working relationship with Local Muscle, who sent a great crew of movers to fill up the storage container. Had the house emptied in a little over an hour, a job that probably would have taken me and a friend a full day on our own.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. For one, having a storage unit on property while going through selling/purchasing a home is a game changer. Todd was incredibly personable and polite on the phone. They are very precise, quick to respond and on top of everything. I had some issues with the folks purchasing our old home and Todd came through, went out of his way to pick up the box earlier than planned to make our move a bit easier even though he 100% didn’t have to. They went above and beyond to say the least. Everything inside arrived unscathed and didn’t budge even an inch. When they picked up the box both men were masked which I was also impressed with.nThank you for a wonderful experience!
