We had a fantastic experience using U-Pack for our cross-country move. We went with their 28' storage trailer which we packed ourselves and only ended up using (and being charged for) 20'. The trailer was entirely ours and no one else packed in the remaining space. We priced other storage cube options and U-Pack was thousands cheaper. Their customer service is outstanding (both the local offices at both ends as well as the national number). We were always promptly connected with a friendly representative who answered our questions (i.e. space requirements for delivering the trailer). We opted for the one-month storage at the receiving facility which took the stress out of driving cross-country. All our items arrived in great shape inside and out (just a light coat of dust on some items). The drivers dropping off and picking up the trailers were very courteous, checked with us to ensure the trailer was placed right where we wanted it, and cautious to minimize impact on low-hanging trees. We are so glad we went with U-Pack!

This was my first time using U-Pack and I had a great experience. All of the drivers that I interacted with were friendly and professional. The trailer arrived on time, was picked up on time, delivered to our new address on time, and retrieved on time. Booking was easy and didn't require a phone call. Both trailer pickups were scheduled easily from my phone. The only phone call that I needed to make was to schedule the final delivery when the trailer arrived at the destination warehouse. The only minor complaint that I have is that the bulkhead and load locks provided were in pretty rough shape. It also wasn't easy to find padlocks that were skinny and long enough to fit the load locks, we ended up just zip tying one of them.

U-Pack did a great job of doing what they promised to do at a reasonable price. Service on both ends of the move from Maine to Washington went smoothly. The process was well documented and the use of technology to keep you informed was good (could use some minor changes). Customer Service and dispatch were very easy to contact. I would not hesitate to use this service again!

Solid deal. Maine side showed up when and where we agreed. Plopped the trailer in a tight spot in the driveway. Super cheery Polish guy picked up the load and even helped get the final items in! Driver on the Colorado side knocked down a 20-foot entry gate, but that is another story...

I am very pleased with the service, and the friendly help appreciated when you are moving. They were right on schedule, willing to accept changes in plans, and more than willing to help when in a bind... Moving is hard enough and they do everything they can to accommodate the customers needs (and stress levels). Thank you so much for your southern hospitality.
