Unfortunately, these negative reviews are consistent with my experience. My material was shipped from N.C. on 12/15...... expected to arrive 12/23....it arrived 1/7, which basically made it worthless for now. YRC's hq called this Westbrook location on my behalf twice but no one would even answer the call. When it arrived, on a pallet, it was just luck that I was here to off load as they never called to let me know it was coming and there were snow banks. I find it hard to believe that YRC wants to be this bad so I'm wondering if they are in trouble. I've told my supplier to never use YRC again. Last thing I want is my stuff stuck on a trailer on a lot and I can't get to it. Hope YRC reads these posts and can fix their problem asap. We need them, but not like this.

We shipped a order out from Newington NH to Oakland Maine and 10 days later the items still have not been delivered! This a 2.2 hr trip!nNobody know what they are doing!1
Torturous and terrible ... use someone else
Office staff is a real piece of work. Delivery was supposed to be delivered Friday. They left it sitting in truck at terminal all day Friday and wouldn’t even let us pick it up as needed the stuff Friday. Next scheduled delivery date Monday and they don’t even put it on truck to deliver. Worst customer service ever. Don’t use them if you want it on time.
