I have always found out public works department to be very responsive and helpful. I think they do so much around Westbrook and have such a large, difficult task that some might not understand why they can't be everywhere at once. I think they do an exceptional job serving our city.

Two of the employees at the Westbrook Public Services really saved the day today for my mother-in-law and I. After she dropped her keys down a grate, Jeff and Doug jumped into action, not losing any time, and had the keys back to her before she was even done with her errands in the area. They did so with polite and kind disposition, and wouldn't accept anything but thanks in return. These guys are really an asset to your team; we highly commend them. Thank you so much! They left us with a great impression of your town.

Spoke with woman at Public works about my trash bin being hit by car and destroyed 3 weeks ago. Still no replacement and no returned phoned call after leaving multiple voicemails.

Took over two weeks of leaving unanswered voicemails and emails with no avail for a new trash bin for curbside removal. Reached one person while calling and they said they couldn't help me. I was then redirected to the same voicemail black hole to wait another day since they said the person is out at 3 and I would have to wait on a callback tomorrow (it was 2 when I called).
