Excellent service. Mailed all necessary info, followed up by phone and express my critical deadline and it was met. Will definitely use Alco again. Recommend them to anyone registering trailers in Maine, no hassle.
These seem like nice people, but they are slow and not proactive. They don't return calls, you just have to keep calling them. I would not recommend them based on that. They take days on end to do anything. I ultimately requested my money back and they did refund so good business practices on that.nnMy lesson learned is there lots of these places and some are extremely good and get your tag out immediately...others, like this one don't seem to be as robust as the others. Next time I will go straight to the real players in this space and not waste 2 weeks.
Well not much better than the other review. I have done business with this company since 2005. They have registered many trailers for my company. I have bought two trailers in the last quarter of 2017. I went online, after several phone calls to their office, to register these trailers. Online website worked well, Paid via PayPal, all was good. Now, the first was ordered on November 28th at 9:30, and the second on December 18th at 7:20. Again after many calls/messages, and Google message left with no responses and or registrations provided, NOW IT SEEMS TRUE, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.......nThank you,nStan Perkoski
