We love Jared’s! Particularly the South Portland location. Jessica, the manager there is wonderful and so accommodating! My husband and I got married during the start of the pandemic last year and I was so bummed because not only did our wedding get ruined, but Jared’s store was closed down and I couldn’t get mine or his wedding band. Jessica promptly reached out to me via telephone after I did a contact me forum on the website. She was so nice and helpful. She helped us pick out our rings so we would have them in time for a small justice of the peace ceremony. They weren’t going to be able to have my husbands ring in time for our ceremony so she helped us pick out a temporary ring and allowed us to hassle free return the temporary ring at a much later date. She has been so responsive and awesome through the whole process and just wanted to make sure we had a good experience with her and Jared’s and we certainly did! Thank you so much Jessica!

Overall poor experience. My Future bride and I spent hours picking out rings. When I went back to purchase with out her they did not save the rings as they said they would and would not honor the 15 % discount on the bands. Then on top of that took forever cashing us out and made us late to our next appointment. I would not recommend going to the South Portland Maine store and I will not be purchasing more Jewelry form them. To many better options out there.

In store customer service was exceptional. Its the service and billing department that does this jewelry store no justice. Payments, emails and phone calls are handled by Genesis fs, and they have to be the most incompetent service department i have ever dealt with. They fumbled every part of all my interactions with them, and actually lied to me. I have purchased from a few different jewelry stores, BUT I WILL NEVER give Jared's my business again!

When my fiancé brought me in to get my ring sized I felt like they didn’t want to show my other items in the case. When I called to set up an apt for service on my ring Ivana blatantly hung up on me. Today I called to see if my ring was ready. They told me it would be done by yesterday and I haven’t heard from them. I got Ivana on the phone again. She put me on hold for over 5 min. I hung up and called back she said, can I put you on hold. I was like, I was on hold for 5 min already. Then she says we’re busy, can I take your number and call back? We’ll see when that happens...nAlso had my fiancé’s name spelled wrong when I went in so had a hard time finding us in the system. We spent a lot of money here. This service is not acceptable.

Poor customer service. Got put on hold for 20+ minutes. Instead of making people wait with no check-in, take down their number and call them back if you’re busy. Called again and got no response - overall a consistently poor experience here.
