Had the best experience here today! I had the batteries replaced in 2 of my husbands favorite watches. The person who helped me was so quick to change them out, and it cost even less than I anticipated. The customer in front of me was also very happy with the simple but great customer service!
I ordered a part for 100 dollars. A month later no call so I went in. Turns out the part was not able to be ordered and they did not call me, and did not return my money until I went in and demanded my money back. Extremely frustrating and zero communication from this store when my part was not ordered but prepaid. Would not reccomend ordering through them due to poor organization
This placed saved my bacon when I desperately needed a niche part for a motorcycle battery. After checking with almost a dozen other stores in the area (auto parts, other battery shops), this place has exactly what I needed right in stock at the store. Thank you so much!
