We started to utilize Sterlings’s service last year. We have a young lawn and we were looking to have them fertilize, control the weeds and control lawn bugs. The results have been outstanding. Our lawn is green, the weeds and crabgrass are under control.nnThe service they provide is professional. They arrive on time as promised and they are friendly and respond well to requests.nnWe recommend Sterling for their lawn services.
Sterling Insect & Lawn Control has made it possible for me to sit outside and enjoy a fire with my husband without getting bitten alive! We have been together for 11 years and he always ended up sitting by himself after 20 minutes because of the mosquitos.....until this year!! So nice to enjoy summer nights again!!
This company has withheld service, using excuses like barking dogs and not being able to find our front door despite having already visited the property (and our dogs being friendly). They have continued to punt our appointment further and further down their schedule, leaving us waiting on a property riddled with mosquitos, effecting our two small children who are completely bitten up. Having requested payment before services, we are left with little choice but to wait and they continue to take full advantage of this.
I would highly recommend sterling for all your lawn care services they are amazing !
Under not condition can I recommend this company. The service by the office staff was terrible. The service provided was not delivered to my requirements. I was billed for work not performed. When I disputed the bill I was treated rudely by the owner. Instead of offering corrective actions or waiving of the bill I was put into collections and hassled and threatened. Run away from this company as quickly as you can.
