The team at Independence has always been a pleasure to deal with. The whole crew goes out of their way to give every customer the best service. They know flooring and they know tools. They also know how to treat people to keep them happy and coming back.

Terrible set up to buy custom knee pads. They have you try to measure custom knee pads on your own, then when they come and don't fit right be prepared to pay to reship them and sit around for a few weeks waiting on your other pair. Top tier kneepads with a Walmart service department.

Great people work here. They'll treat you like family, and have 2 Shiloh shepherds that love skritches.

The owner has a vast knowledge of the floor sanding and installation products. I’m a professional and still when I have a question this guy has the right answer or advice. Also there are 2 big friendly dogs. What more could you want?
