My 1st experience here and was completely disappointed. The shape was not distinct at all. The color and design was incorrect even after I showed a picture

I do like most of the technicians here, but they just don’t seem to listen when I’ve asked repeatedly to dip or even just polish my nails up to the cuticle. They ALWAYS leave too much of a gap in between which means I have to go back sooner to have them filled. I won’t be going back after several attempts.

I had a male professional and he did a wonderful job and spent a long time. Had a powder dip manicure done! Highly recommend!
