I ordered curbside pick up and my whole order was a mess when I got home. I was missing chicken in my sandwich and my salad didn’t have dressing.nThe whole sandwich was falling apart like it was made in a rush. I asked for a refund and explained what happened twice over the phone only to come to the store to be asked a billion questions again. The manager on the phone was nice but the in store manager was extremely rude. I won’t be coming back here! The south portland branch is much much better.
My food was delicious but we did not get our free cookie.
Well when a frontega chicken panini on the menu apparently is not a panani ..and i quote megan .. ive worked here a year i dont know what a panini is ... But if u look on the menu there is a list of panini's the same sandwich ive always gotten ..but now its a turbo cooker.. not even the same bread ..but maybe should change the online menus
The breakfast sandwich I received was great, but the five dollar yogurt with oats and one strawberry was definitely worth skipping.
Came in on 4/7/21 and had an order that was up to $80. We got there 20 mins after as the last said, arrived to wait an hour to be told they don’t know about my order. As I waited I watched the employees to see them moving slow, dropping food, & fumbling containers of food into the to go bags. Once I finally got my order and hour & 25 mins later, asked the lady once & confirmed once more if everything was in there to be told yes. N got home to be missing part of my order.
