Fantastic customer service! I now have an absolutely stunning gas fireplace in my home! Kory took care of everything from removing an old metal chimney, patching and shingling the roof, removing a wasp’s nest, helping me select the right fireplace to replace the 45 year old wood burning one, installed insulation, AND built the mantle EXACTLY the way I wanted! I LOVE how beautifully it all turned out. Alternative Heat Source is an outstanding company to do business with. I highly recommend them!
Excellent installation and service in our new home in Bridgton... They went out of their way to figure out a tricky venting situation as we wanted our fire place/stove on a corner but at the same time vent out of the side of the house... Kory did a great job and we are very pleased with our experience and Alternative Heat Sources overall execution... Highly Recommend.
We replaced a wood stove with a new gas stove from Alternative Heat Source. Kory was very polite and helpful in making a choice. On the day of installation Kory was there with another employee and they were both very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up their mess as they were working and made sure everything was done correctly. Kory took the time to show us all the features of the new stove and how to work the remote. I would definitely recommend that you use them!
