Subpar phone skills. Second time I call. I guess you don't need the business.
Nicole was super amazing! I made appointments without knowing the salon for a destination wedding and was more than impressed with the service and talent of Nicole. She was accommodating, patience, flexible and really fabulous! A great and fun experience for my mom, sister, niece and myself, truly set up my wedding for the best ever!
Great pedicures by Bri! She is an absolute pro! Had a great experience with my wife! She even stayed after hours to do an excellent job!! 5 stars!!
Great salon! A nice variety of services. Staff is very friendly. Salon is clean and comfortable. Krista and Jess S. were both awesome! Called on short notice while on vacation and they worked to accommodate my needs. Will certainly go back again when we are in Naples! Thank you.
Prices are really great. Only $18 for a men's cut. Usually $25 from other places not including tip. Krista did a really great job. I showed her a picture and she got it spot on. She was really friendly and we had a great conversation throughout the cut. Definitely coming again.nnOn the other hand, my fiance went in on the same day. Her haircut was awful. The person who did her haircut didn't even wet it. She cut it dry and also didn't layer properly. She just kind of hacked away at it. My fiance was staring at me with literal fear in her eyes as I watched. She knew it was being ruined. I don't know if the lady was trained well or not. It's not really what I would expect to see at a salon. My fiance even suggested to the hair stylist to wet her hair. Apparently the lady knew better.... Now she has a giant chunk on one site just popping out and the other side is kind of flat. Luckily my fiance got a full refund. The lady also offered to fix it. My fiance cleverly declined the offer.
