I honestly dont go to this Dunkin very often mainly because of how long it has taken to get order done. I will say that the employees have always been pleasant and I haven't had many problems with product, just wait times. My visit today, the date of this review, they got us through amazingly quick, the employees were friendly, and good was great. Hopefully they have been able to get things straightened out there. Again though, my only problem has been wait times though which I'm sure some people won't mind anyways. They are worth a try.

I get a strawberry coolatta on my way to bring my daughter to dance once a week. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it sucks. Really inconsistent when it comes to the collattas for some reason.

This place is always packed but always seems to not only get my order right everytime but despite the line I've never waited more than about 5 minutes

I'll start off by saying the staff are all really friendly and this is an exceptionally busy location. But it never fails... My order is always wrong! I just went through a few minutes ago and waited 15 minutes in line - which would be fine if my order had been correct. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and a medium caramel iced coffee. The sandwich was barely toasted or heated... The cheese wasn't melted, the English muffin was basically raw and the center of the egg was cool. Then I went to take a sip of my coffee and realized it was regular iced coffee - not caramel. I was already running late for work and didn't have time to turn around and wait for another 15 minutes. It's very seldom I write a bad review...but this is the THIRD time THIS week my order has been wrong at this location. I understand it's really busy and they are trying to keep the line moving but I expect my English muffin to be toasted and the sandwich to be heated through, at least. I don't drink regular iced coffee and the sandwich ended up going to the dog... It was like throwing $8 dollars out of the window for the third time this week! I spend an average of $50 a week at dunks. So that's annoying!
