They gather your things. But you have to make a appointment to get the address. But overall the people was nice. I have to go through my bag

This is a joke of a company. Trying to charge a minimum of three days of keeping a vehicle as their policy, racking you up to $225 minimum and want to charge a $25 cleaning fee because of COVID when the car looks the exact same as when it was taken. So called “manager” woman was rude and unprofessional when I stated I could not pick up the car whenever they wanted me to, stating “It’s not my problem on how you get the money to pay for your car to be released” then had the audacity to put me on hold and hang up. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never EVER do business with this boot leg of a towing company.nAlready have my lawyers looking into the matter. They messed with the wrong healthcare worker during a pandemic.

After reading the bad reviews I was afraid I would have a bad experience in getting my property and vehicle back. But that was not the case at all. The staff was helpful and I received all my property. I appreciate them making the difficult situation I was in easier on me. Thank you Done Rite Recovery.

Thief's in the knight..50$ was taken from my wallet in glove box .. they clean you out without telling you & had 2 pay 75$ just to come on the lot to get my ud83eudd2c Dirty Mf's
