Our previous State Farm agent retired and my wife and I wanted to meet our new agent in person.nnJeff reviewed our existing policies and found some areas where we could make some improvements. Jeff Tucker and the entire team at State Farm Insurance earned our business by lowering our car insurance by $200 a MONTH. I had been with another national insurance for 24 years and did not think that State Farm could beat the price I had because I had three products with that company--but they did. Since then, we have moved our home insurance to Jeff Tucker and his team and just bought a short-term disability policy as well, and at every turn, we've been delighted by their ability to conscientiously review our policies, point out potential areas of risk and offer cost-effective ways to mitigate risk. They know the names of every member of our family, and they treat us like family, too. I could not recommend another team more highly than this one.

Jeff is a great agent with a personal touch. He came recommended to us as new homeowners in Chicago even though his office is in Indiana, and Jeff did not disappoint. In my past experience with agents, including for State Farm, I had never spoken to let alone met with my actual agent. Jeff makes the time for personal interaction, which is especially helpful for younger couples setting out like us. We had a number of calls out of the gate to curate what insurance we needed, and Jeff even scheduled a sit down at our new home for a face to face. Very unique and appreciated. Strong recommend.
